Registration

To register for the conference, please complete the online registration form available on the conference website. Ensure that you provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Payment

Process

After completing your registration, you will be required to make the payment for your participation

Payment Options: We offer various payment methods (bank transfer, online payment portal, etc.). Details will be provided upon registration.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email from our team.

Invitation Letter

for Participation:

After completing the registration and payment process, you can request an official Invitation Letter to facilitate your visa application or travel arrangements.

Issuance of Invitation Letters:

Invitation letters are issued only after both registration and payment have been processed.

The letter will be provided in English.

While the letter assists in the visa application process, it does not guarantee the approval of your visa.

How to Request an Invitation Letter:

To request the invitation letter, email us at [email protected] with the following documents:

Completed Registration Form

Proof of Payment (receipt or transaction details)

Passport-sized Photograph

Scan Copy of Your Passport

Upon receiving and verifying your details, we will send the invitation letter to your email.

Visa Application Disclaimer:

Science Net is not responsible for the visa processing or the decision of the embassy regarding your visa application.

We strongly recommend applying for your visa as soon as you receive the invitation letter. Processing times can vary.

If your visa application is denied, Science Net cannot intervene or alter the embassy’s decision.

Conference

Participation:

Upon Arrival:

When you arrive at the conference venue, proceed to the Registration Desk to collect your conference materials, including:

Conference program and schedule

Name tag for identification

Conference welcome kit

Conference Sessions:

The conference will begin with an Opening Ceremony, including welcoming remarks, keynote addresses, and an introduction to the conference program.

During the conference, you will have the opportunity to attend:

Oral Presentations: Presenters will share their research findings, followed by a Q&A session.

Interactive Sessions: Engage directly with speakers and ask questions.

Poster Presentations: View and discuss research posters with authors.

Tea Break & Lunch:

Scheduled tea and lunch breaks will be provided. These breaks serve as excellent opportunities for networking and informal discussions with fellow participants.

Closing Ceremony:

At the end of the conference, there will be a Closing Ceremony where we will summarize key takeaways, express gratitude to attendees and speakers, and distribute Certificates of Participation to all attendees.

Post-Conference Networking:

Additional informal networking sessions will be available for those interested in continuing discussions and making new professional connections.
