Cancellation Policy
Before the conference, attendees must complete the registration process. If unable to attend, they may contact co-authors or the committee for possible arrangements. However, the following cancellation policy applies:
Personal Reasons:
Science Net will not refund any registration fees due to personal reasons such as VISA issues, travel problems, or health issues.
Force Majeure:
Science Net is not liable for any refunds due to "force majeure" conditions, which are unforeseeable and unavoidable incidents that occur outside the organizers' control. Examples of such incidents may include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fires, storms, riots, nuclear disasters, war, terrorist disturbances, and epidemics.
Conference Date and Place Statement:
In case of "force majeure" circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to change the conference date and place. Attendees are advised to stay updated with any changes to ensure the conference's success and benefit for all involved.
